NetSuite Implementation Experts for the Industries We Know
Work directly with senior consultants from discovery through go-live. We focus on a select group of industries to deliver deeper expertise.
Great implementations are decided on the sales call.
After nearly twenty years of implementations — and plenty of rescues — we know exactly where projects drift off course. So we shaped our process around the four moments that make the difference.
- THE SALES CALL
More gets promised than the plan can hold.
Too often, the scope that wins the signature is bigger than the budget or the calendar can carry.
How We Solve ItDiscovery happens honestly, up front, so what's promised is what your budget and calendar can actually hold.
- KICKOFF
The team that sold you moves on.
The senior architects roll onto the next deal, and the build lands with junior staff still learning NetSuite.
How We Solve ItThe senior consultants you meet in discovery run your build through go-live, no handoffs ever.
- BUILD
Promised features become "out of scope."
One by one, the features you bought get reclassified as paid customizations, and the budget and timeline balloon.
How We Solve ItEvery deliverable is priced into the LUXPlan you keep, so features don't drift into change orders and the budget and date hold.
- GO-LIVE
Go-live arrives before the system is ready.
Production starts half-configured, the books don't reconcile cleanly, and momentum stalls.
How We Solve ItOur LUXSmart methodology tests before cutover and stays through a 90-day stabilization window, until the books reconcile and your team is running on its own.
We make go-live the finish line, not the first fire drill.
We rely on LUXSmart - our proprietary 6-phase implementation methodology - to ensure what we promise in the room is what shows up in the build. It scopes honestly, writes every deliverable into a plan you keep, and runs the same senior consultants from discovery through go-live.
A real scope and timeline before you commit. No oversell.
Specialized Expertise
Built for your industry, not a generic template.
A NetSuite implementation should fit how your business actually runs. We don't implement for everyone, we focus exclusively on a few select, complex industries so you never have to pay us to learn your business
Traceability and compliance built into the workflow.
Scope a Medical Device BuildLot and serial traceability
Full genealogy from receipt to shipment — recall-ready in minutes, not days of digging.
Audit-ready by default
Quality records, approvals, and documentation live in the system, so an unannounced audit isn't a fire drill.
Regulatory confidence
Validated processes and controls that stand up to FDA and ISO scrutiny.

With three months until our busiest time of the year, the holiday season, and a critical need to upgrade our ERP system, we were already running at a sprint. Art of Sport needed to find a partner who could work efficiently to get us up and fully running on the NetSuite platform — and fast.

What our NetSuite Implementation Process Looks Like
NetSuite implementation is the structured engagement that takes you from a signed Oracle contract to a live, working ERP. Buying the license is the first step: implementation is where projects succeed or fail, and where the right partner makes the difference.
- Typical timeline
- 3 to 9 months
- Implementation cost
- $30 to 150K
- Discovery to launch
- 6 phases
Discovery and the LUXPlan
We don't start building on day one. We spend the first phase mapping your exact business processes, identifying integration points, and writing the LUXPlan: a blueprint of your future system. You approve every workflow before we touch the software.
Build, Integrate and Train
Your named implementation lead configures the core system, builds the integrations you need (Salesforce, 3PLs, bank feeds), and migrates your data. Before we launch, we run role-specific training so your team knows how to use the system we built.
Go-Live and 90-day Stabilization
Go-live isn't the finish line; it's day one. We stay engaged through the critical 3-month stabilization window (the exact period when other partners disappear) to fix bugs, answer questions, and ensure your business is running smoothly on the new platform.

The people you talk to are the people who do the work. As an independent NetSuite partner, we keep the same team on your project from the discovery call through go-live, so the person who learns your business is the one configuring it. We've been implementing NetSuite since 2009, with our deepest expertise in manufacturing, wholesale distribution, food and beverage, medical device, and life sciences, and that industry context shows up in the decisions we make for you.
We give you a specific number after discovery, not a guess before it. You’ve probably heard "anywhere from $100K to $500K depending on complexity," and that answer helps no one. Implementation cost depends on your modules, your data, and your team — and once we understand those in the Discovery phase, we put an exact figure in front of you so there are no surprises later.
Core financials are typically live in about 3 months. Manufacturing builds run longer, usually 3 to 9 months, because there's more to design and test around production, inventory, and costing. We give you a real timeline during discovery, once we know your scope, not a generic estimate up front.
We can step in. Project rescue is a real category of work, and we take on NetSuite implementations that have stalled, gone over budget, or drifted away from what the business actually needed. We'll assess where things stand, tell you honestly what it takes to get back on track, and own the fix from there.
Yes. Always. The person who leads your discovery call is the person who leads your project, so you'll know exactly who you're working with before you commit to anything. No bait and switch, no handoff to a team you've never met.
Go-live isn't the finish line. Phase 6 of our LUXSmart methodology is Optimize, which includes hypercare right after launch to stabilize the system and tune it to how your team actually works. From there, our LUXService+ Managed Services keeps you supported starting at $2,100 per month, month-to-month, with no annual lock-in.
You'll have accurate books on day one. Moving off QuickBooks is one of the most common paths to NetSuite, and we handle the chart of accounts, open transactions, and historical data so nothing gets lost in the move. The payoff is the control and visibility QuickBooks can't give you: real-time financials, multi-entity, and reporting that scales as you grow.
The LUXPlan is the full documentation package for your implementation, and it's yours to keep. Every decision, configuration, and customization we make gets written down, along with the training materials your team needs to run the system. If a key person leaves or you bring on someone new, the knowledge stays with you instead of walking out the door.
We scope honestly in Discovery and talk openly when something changes. If a new requirement comes up mid-project, we discuss it with you directly, explain the impact on time and cost, and decide together before any work happens. No surprise change orders, no "that’s out of scope" used as a way to pad the bill.
