Connect NetSuite to your entire stack.

We build, document, and maintain integrations for Salesforce, Shopify, EDI, and proprietary tools. Stop dealing with broken syncs and undocumented middleware.

The Pain

Integrations don’t fail with an error. They fail without a sound.

Every silent integration failure ran clean for weeks. It starts with one routine platform update that breaks your middleware, and the sync keeps posting wrong data. Here is the timeline we see right before a rescue call.

  1. Day 0

A platform update changes one field.

NetSuite or your CRM updates a field or moves a saved-search column. No error fires. Your middleware keeps running on yesterday’s map.

  2. Day 1–10

    Wrong numbers post quietly.

Bad data flows into production every night. Revenue and inventory drift from reality while no dashboard monitors the integration nobody owns.

  3. Week 2

A customer catches it before you do.

An invoice is wrong, a shipment ships short, or a quote does not match. The escalation lands on a team with no documentation to debug from.

  4. Week 6

    Every fix gets quoted defensively.

Each new request comes with a padded estimate and a disclaimer. Releases slow down. The integration becomes the thing nobody wants to touch.

  5. Month 3

    Manual reconciliation becomes the job.

Someone is now paid to verify by hand what the sync was supposed to guarantee. The integration is a liability you budget around. This is when companies call us.

We make broken data trip an alert, not a quarter-end audit.

Every NetSuite integration we build includes reconciliation checks, drift alerts, and full documentation your team keeps. When a platform update drops, you hear it from us — not from an angry customer.

We had tried so many solutions to enhance our service efficiency and effectiveness. We needed to close the loops that kept getting left open between our customers and our service to them.

Pre-built connectors

Already on our list? We can move fast.

For the most common integration needs, we’ve built it already. LiNK is our suite of pre-built NetSuite connectors — production-tested, faster to deploy, and lower cost than a custom build.

LiNK — Native on both platforms

LiNK for Salesforce

Bi-directional sync between Salesforce and NetSuite. Accounts, contacts, quotes, orders, invoices, and shipment tracking flow automatically — no duplicate entry, no manual handoffs. Built natively on both platforms with no middleware required.

SFTP — Scheduled transfers

SFTP Integration

Automate scheduled file exchange between NetSuite and external SFTP servers — no custom SuiteScript required. Supports CSV and XML, inbound and outbound transfers, for 3PL, EDI, ACH/banking, and partner data workflows.

3PL Integrations

When your 3PL and NetSuite live separate lives, your team pays the difference.

Orders go out manually. Inventory counts don't match. Fulfillment confirmations arrive late or not at all. We've solved this across growing brands — and built the framework to do it right every time.

  • ShipBob logo

    ShipBob

    API

Order sync, inventory sync, fulfillment confirmation, and PO/warehouse receiving.

  • Tagg logo

Don't see yours? We've likely connected it — or we know how.

Support for Your EDI Requirements & Provider

We support EDI-based integrations for brands managing retailer and trading partner relationships that require structured transaction formats.

LiNK Integration Framework

Bespoke integrations, built on proven architecture.

Most integration projects start with a blank page. Ours don’t.

LiNK is the integration framework we’ve built — and refined — across years of real client delivery. Every 3PL integration we’ve completed has made the next one faster, lower risk, and better documented.

The patterns for order transmission, inventory sync, fulfillment confirmation, and error handling are already built. When we take on your integration, we’re not learning on the job.

  • Faster delivery

Proven patterns, not reinvented wheels on every project.
  • Lower risk

Framework tested across multiple platforms and clients.
  • U.S.-based senior developers

Clear communication, real accountability, no offshore handoff surprises.
  • Built to last

Structured, documented, and supportable after go-live.
  • NetSuite-native

Built with SuiteScript and SuiteTalk, not middleware patches.
HOW WE RUN YOUR PROJECT

A managed engagement, not a hand-off.

Integration projects fail when assumptions go undocumented and go-live reveals gaps nobody caught. Our process is built to prevent that.

  1. Discovery & Requirements

We map your systems, data flows, business logic, and edge cases before a line of code is written. Stakeholder interviews, process review, and a gap assessment that surfaces what the vendor documentation doesn't mention.

  2. Solution Design

A functional specification and data flow design reviewed and approved by your team before we build. Includes integration architecture, field mapping, and error handling approach. No surprises at deployment.

  3. Development and Review

Built by U.S.-based senior NetSuite developers using SuiteScript and SuiteTalk. Everything goes through internal code review before it reaches you. You see tested, reviewed work — not a first draft.

  4. UAT & Sign-Off

You test against real scenarios. We stay in the room — not on the other end of a ticket queue. We resolve findings and get formal sign-off before anything touches production.

  5. Deploy and Support

Go-live with a deployment checklist, full documentation, and training where your team needs it. Integrations need ongoing maintenance — API changes, platform updates, and business process evolution don't stop at go-live. Neither do we.

eCommerce and marketplace integrations

Beyond the warehouse, modern brands need NetSuite connected to the channels where they sell. We've built integrations across eCommerce platforms, wholesale marketplaces, and custom commerce stacks.

  • Shopify logo

    Shopify

Bespoke integrations for complex catalog and multi-subsidiary requirements, complementing LiNK for eComm: Shopify for custom needs.

NetSuite Integrations FAQ

Questions we hear on most discovery calls

Everything you need to know about scoping, building, and maintaining NetSuite integrations.

Most of the common ones, through a mix of prebuilt connectors and custom builds. We support 20+ third-party integrations including Salesforce, Shopify, Amazon, Stripe, Avalara for tax, DocuSign, Paylocity, RF-SMART for warehouse, SPS Commerce for EDI, and the major 3PL systems. If you're migrating off QuickBooks or wiring up an ERP-to-ecommerce flow, we've usually done that exact pairing before. When a clean connector exists we use it; when one doesn't, we build it on NetSuite's own tooling.

It comes down to volume, how custom your data model is, and who maintains it afterward. An iPaaS earns its keep when you're connecting several systems and want one place to manage them; a prebuilt connector wins for a single well-trodden path like Shopify-to-NetSuite; a custom build makes sense when your logic is specific enough that a generic mapper would fight you. We don't lead with the tool we like best. We look at your actual flows first and pick the option with the lowest long-term maintenance cost.

LiNK is our proprietary NetSuite-to-Salesforce connector, built native and bidirectional with real-time sync of accounts, opportunities, quotes, orders, shipment tracking, and returns. You need it when sales lives in Salesforce and fulfillment and finance live in NetSuite, and the two keep drifting out of agreement. Because it's real-time and two-way, a rep sees shipment and return status in Salesforce without anyone re-keying it, and finance sees the order the moment it closes. It's purpose-built for that exact handoff rather than a generic field mapper you'd have to babysit.

Both, and the custom work is real engineering, not just toggling settings. We build with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and RESTlets, and as a SuiteCloud Developer we build and publish actual SuiteApps. So when a prebuilt connector gets you 80% of the way, we write the last 20% against NetSuite's APIs instead of asking you to change how your business runs. If a connector doesn't exist at all, we build the whole thing.

This is the failure that actually hurts, because the integration never threw an error, it just quietly wrote the wrong thing. Most middleware only alerts on hard failures like a script crash or an HTTP error, so well-formed but incorrect data sails right through. Every integration we ship includes reconciliation checks that compare both sides and field-level drift alerts that fire when a value stops matching what the flow expects, not just when the connection breaks. You also keep a data-flow diagram so when something does drift, you can see exactly where to look instead of guessing.

We review your integrations for conflicts before each NetSuite release rather than waiting for something to surface. The thing to understand is what actually breaks a sync silently. Renaming a field is safe, because the internal ID stays the same and an ID-based integration won't notice; what bites you is a field getting repurposed or deprecated, a picklist value changing, a saved-search column moving, or schema drift on a new API endpoint version. Those are the cases we check for ahead of the release, because they pass data without throwing an error.

This is the real problem with most integrations: they work on day one, the consultant leaves, and then nobody owns them. We hand off a data-flow diagram you keep, so the knowledge doesn't walk out the door with whoever built it. The reconciliation and drift checks run as part of the integration itself, so monitoring isn't a person remembering to look. If you want us to stay on for ongoing monitoring and release reviews, our Managed Services covers that at $2,100 a month, month-to-month.

Yes, and a good share of our integration work starts that way. We'll run a short audit of the existing flow, map what it's actually doing versus what it's supposed to do, and find where it's drifting or failing quietly. From there we either repair it in place or rebuild the weak parts on NetSuite's native tooling so it's maintainable going forward. You don't have to have built it with us for us to fix it.

We match the timing to what the flow actually needs, because real-time everywhere is wasted effort. Anything a person is staring at and acting on should be real-time, which is why LiNK syncs orders, shipments, and returns the moment they change. Things like a nightly inventory reconciliation, bulk price updates, or month-end financial postings are fine on a schedule, and batching them is often cleaner and easier to audit. We'll go flow by flow rather than forcing one mode on everything.

It depends on how many systems are involved and how custom the logic is, so we scope it after a short discovery, or an integration audit if you've already got something running. A single well-supported connector is a far smaller effort than a multi-system custom build with edge cases, and we'd rather give you a real number than a guess. We don't publish integration pricing because honest scoping needs a look at your flows first.

Let's map your NetSuite integration

Most integration conversations start the same way: "We need NetSuite to talk to X, and right now it doesn't." That's enough to get started.

Both Luxent and NetSuite have demonstrated a unique ability to be flexible with us as our schedules and needs have shifted. We are set up for success.
