A Stalled NetSuite Implementation Isn't a Failed One.

We'll diagnose what went wrong, save what you've paid for, and get you live.

BEFORE THE RESCUE

By the time anyone says 'rescue,' the project has usually been drifting for months.

Most companies sense something is off long before they act. The signs below rarely mean a failed project but a formal reset.

  1. KICKOFF

    Everything looks healthy on paper.

Everyone's aligned, the senior team is in the room, you sign the SOW — but what got captured is a feature list, not how your business runs.

    How We Solve It

Our assessment starts with structured interviews across your team — and ends with a written root-cause read and a candid go/no-go recommendation.

  2. MONTH 3

    The faces start to change.

Key consultants rotate off, taking undocumented decisions with them and momentum quietly follows.

    How We Solve It

Every decision gets memorialized with its business rationale, so the project never again depends on who's in the room.

  3. ORIGINAL GO-LIVE

The date moves. The plan doesn't.

Go-live slips more than once, the new date has no defensible plan behind it, and finished work quietly becomes 'Phase Two.'

    How We Solve It

We narrow scope to what's genuinely required to go live and win. Everything else is documented and deferred, not deleted.

  4. THE CROSSROADS

    Pushing harder stops working.

The instinct is to add hours, add consultants, and move the date once more and in our experience, that's what turns a struggling project into a failed one.

    How We Solve It

We stop, find the root cause, and rebuild the plan around what your team can absorb — salvaging the work you've already paid for.

The next step isn't more hours.

It's an unvarnished look at where things stand. In two to four weeks, you'll know the root cause of the stall, what can be salvaged, and whether the path to go-live is real — a candid go/no-go, in writing.

If the answer is that your current partner just needs reinforcement, we'll tell you that too.

The Luxent team absolutely wowed us. They managed all aspects of our implementation, flexed with us when our needs changed, and kept us on track to get the project done.

PROVEN RECOVERY PLAYBOOKS

We've spent two decades learning your industry's patterns.

Every rescue feels unique from the inside, but the causes repeat and they differ by industry. Here's what we've seen go wrong in yours, and how we stabilize it without starting over.

Validation gaps and lot drift, patched without restarting.

Stabilize a medical-device build

Validation gaps closed, not started over

We map what's actually validated, what's drifted, and what's missing, then fix the gaps without re-running the full IQ/OQ/PQ if it can be avoided.

Lot and serial integrity rebuilt

When traceability has broken between assemblies and source lots, we reconstruct the chain from current receipts forward.

Compliance reporting that actually compiles

Quality and audit reports stop returning errors. Your team can run them without a consultant on standby.

THE RECOVERY PROCESS

What a Luxent NetSuite rescue looks like

Assessment takes two to four weeks, and there is a decision gate at the end of every phase.

  1. 1

    Assess

Structured interviews with your project team, executive sponsor, and end users surface the real challenges: missed deliveries, change-order volume, resource turnover, capacity gaps. You get a written root-cause assessment and a candid go/no-go recommendation.

  2. 2

    Protect the investment

A full inventory of everything built so far: configuration, customizations, integrations, migrated data, documentation. You get a salvage map: what's usable, what needs rework, what to let go.

  3. 3

    Salvage and stabilize

Often your current partner just needs reinforcement. We add senior resources and guidance rather than restarting, preserving your investment wherever the foundation is sound. You get a stabilized environment and a defensible plan to go live from where you are.

  4. 4

    Reset the Team

Where you have the latitude, new faces on both sides reset the dynamic, and clear role definition closes the accountability gaps that caused the stall. You get a named delivery team with defined roles, plus your internal RACI.

  5. 5

    Narrow the Scope

Go-live is trimmed to what's genuinely required to get a win. Everything else is documented and deferred — not deleted. You get a minimum-viable go-live scope and a sequenced roadmap for the rest.

  6. Drive to Go-Live

OneSmart execution: configuration, data migration, conference room pilot, UAT, cutover, and hypercare — with change management running in parallel from day one. You get a live NetSuite environment and a team that's confident using it.

NetSuite Rescue FAQ

Answers to your NetSuite recovery questions

We've done this a lot. Here are the answers to the most common questions we hear about timelines, costs, and whether you need to start over.

Yes, and the vast majority are. You rarely have to start over. We'll triage your system first and tell you honestly if a clean restart is genuinely the better call, because we don't sell rescue work for systems that actually need replacing.

Triage runs about a week, stabilizing your critical operations takes 2 to 4 weeks, and full recovery usually lands in the 6 to 12 week range depending on how complex things are. We won't hold you to a vague guess up front. After triage, you get a specific timeline tied to your actual system, not a range we pulled from thin air.

Rescue is project-scoped, not a subscription, and we give you a specific number after triage, not a $100K-to-$500K hand-wave. Here's the part most people don't expect: companies that come to us have usually already spent 2 to 5 times what the project should have cost. The rescue is typically a fraction of what was already wasted, and you end up with a system that actually works.

That's common, and it's not a problem. We can work alongside them, pick up after them, or step in instead of them, whatever fits your situation. If you're not sure they can still get you there, we'll do a straight third-party assessment of where things stand so you can make the call with real information.

Almost never. A competent rescue team salvages more than 90% of the existing work, so your configurations, customizations, and data usually stay right where they are. The pieces we typically rebuild are the process design and the documentation, which are the things that tend to be missing or broken in the first place.

The rescue gets your system stable. Managed services is what keeps it that way, so you're not back in the same spot in six months. Our LUXService+ plans start at $2,100 a month, month-to-month, with no annual lock-in, so you stay because it's working and not because you're trapped in a contract.

Yes, and this is one of the most common situations we walk into. We do a full environment audit, map every customization, review permissions, and capture the knowledge that walked out the door with your admin. When we're done, you have real documentation of your own system, which you probably never had in the first place.

The people you talk to are the people who do the work. No bait-and-switch where a senior team wins the deal and juniors quietly run it. We're a Premier NetSuite Certified Solution Partner with around 47 people on purpose, kept small so you get the A-team and not whoever's on the bench. Our own products, iQ CPQ and LiNK, prove we know NetSuite at the code level and not just the configuration screens. We're a partner, not a project.

Start with an honest assessment.

A 30-minute call with a senior rescue lead — not a salesperson. You'll get an early read on what's salvageable and whether your current partner should stay. No SOW required to find out.

We tried a bunch of specialized solutions, we tried a fully custom ERP. We failed with both. NetSuite, and Luxent's expertise to set it up properly, is the game-changer we were looking for.
