Challenge
By the summer of 2022, Lemon Perfect had doubled its year-over-year growth for four straight years, and its systems were stretched beyond usefulness. The team had already tried two fixes that both failed: a stack of specialized point solutions, and a fully custom ERP. They needed a platform that could keep up without the manual work, the constant reconciliation across disconnected tools, or the nagging fear of outgrowing their own technology.
Approach
We guided Lemon Perfect through selecting, implementing, and going live on NetSuite as their single home base. Rather than just teaching the team which buttons to push, we explained how and why things worked the way they did, so Lemon Perfect could pivot on their own once the implementation team moved on. Critically, we wired NetSuite into the channels that run the business: Shopify and Amazon for e-commerce, EDI connections to big-box retailers like Costco and Walmart, and direct links to co-manufacturing facilities and third-party warehouses.
Results
Lemon Perfect moved off its patchwork of systems and onto one platform with no more manual rework and no more reconciliation across specialized tools. The integrations were the difference-maker. As Lennox put it, without all of them working from their NetSuite home base, the project wouldn't have been nearly as successful. The team is thrilled with how smoothly the rollout went and is already looking at what they'll build on NetSuite next.
