Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Luxent (“we”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit our website, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Information you provide
When you fill out a contact or demo-request form we collect the details you submit — your name, company, work email, phone number (optional), and the content of your message — to respond and follow up.
Information collected automatically
With your consent, we use analytics to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, clicks, approximate location, device and browser type, and similar usage data. We do not use session replay. When you submit a form, we also record how you reached the site (referring page, search or campaign parameters) and your approximate location, derived from your IP address.
Information we obtain from third parties
When you submit a form, we use business-data providers to confirm your work email address and add professional context to your inquiry so we can prepare for the conversation. This may include your job title, seniority and department, links to your public professional profiles (such as LinkedIn), your approximate city and country, and details about your employer such as industry, size, website and location.
These lookups may also return the names, business email addresses and job titles of other people at your organization who are likely to be involved in a purchase of this kind. This information comes from business-contact databases, not from you. [Counsel to confirm this practice and the disclosure language.]
Automated screening of form submissions
Form submissions are screened automatically to filter out spam and unsolicited sales pitches before a person reviews them. Submissions identified as spam are not added to our marketing systems. We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you by automated means alone.
Cookies & tracking technologies
We group cookies and similar technologies into: strictly necessary (required for the site to work and to remember your privacy choices), analytics, advertising, and functional. Non-essential categories are off by default for visitors in California, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, and for any browser sending a Global Privacy Control signal. They can be turned off at any time.
The cookies we set ourselves are:
- lx-consent — remembers your privacy choices (strictly necessary).
- lx-region — records your general region so we apply the right privacy rules to your visit (strictly necessary).
- lx_attribution — remembers how you first found the site, so an inquiry can be attributed to the right source (analytics; set only with consent).
Our analytics provider sets additional cookies, which load only after you consent.
You can review and change your choices here: .

Categories of personal information & retention
The categories of personal information we collect, and what they include:
- Identifiers — name, work email address, phone number, IP address, cookie identifiers.
- Professional or employment information — company, job title, seniority, department, public professional profile links.
- Commercial information — the content of your inquiry and the services you express interest in.
- Internet or network activity — pages viewed, referring site, search and campaign parameters.
- Approximate geolocation — city, state and country derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise geolocation.
- Inferences — a lead-quality score used to prioritize follow-up.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. [Counsel to specify a retention period, or the criteria used to determine one, for each category above.]
Sensitive personal information
We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by California and other US state privacy laws — such as government identifiers, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health information, or biometric data — and we do not use or disclose any for purposes that would give you a right to limit its use.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA and other US states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it.
- Access a copy of your personal information, or have it ported.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information we hold about you.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We will verify your request against the information we already hold; an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
Appealing a decision
If we decline your request, you may appeal by contacting us at the address below with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. We will respond within the time your state’s law allows. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general to raise a concern.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends GPC, we automatically treat it as an opt-out of non-essential tracking and of the sale/sharing of personal information for that browser.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell sensitive personal information or biometric data. If this ever changes we will update this policy first, and the advertising category in your privacy choices will govern it. To manage your choices, use .
Visitors outside the United States
We are a United States company and this site is intended for businesses in the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. We will honor access, correction and deletion requests from anyone who asks, wherever they live. [Counsel: replace with a full GDPR/UK GDPR section if Luxent markets to the EU or UK.]
Children’s privacy
The site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 16.
