Implementation

What a NetSuite implementation costs, how long it takes and who you'll actually be working with — including what happens after go-live.

The people you talk to are the people who do the work. As an independent NetSuite partner, we keep the same team on your project from the discovery call through go-live, so the person who learns your business is the one configuring it. We've been implementing NetSuite since 2009, with our deepest expertise in manufacturing, wholesale distribution, food and beverage, medical device, and life sciences, and that industry context shows up in the decisions we make for you.

We give you a specific number after discovery, not a guess before it. You’ve probably heard "anywhere from $100K to $500K depending on complexity," and that answer helps no one. Implementation cost depends on your modules, your data, and your team — and once we understand those in the Discovery phase, we put an exact figure in front of you so there are no surprises later.

Core financials are typically live in about 3 months. Manufacturing builds run longer, usually 3 to 9 months, because there's more to design and test around production, inventory, and costing. We give you a real timeline during discovery, once we know your scope, not a generic estimate up front.

We can step in. Project rescue is a real category of work, and we take on NetSuite implementations that have stalled, gone over budget, or drifted away from what the business actually needed. We'll assess where things stand, tell you honestly what it takes to get back on track, and own the fix from there.

Yes. Always. The person who leads your discovery call is the person who leads your project, so you'll know exactly who you're working with before you commit to anything. No bait and switch, no handoff to a team you've never met.

Go-live isn't the finish line. Phase 6 of our LUXSmart methodology is Optimize, which includes hypercare right after launch to stabilize the system and tune it to how your team actually works. From there, our LUXService+ Managed Services keeps you supported starting at $2,100 per month, month-to-month, with no annual lock-in.

You'll have accurate books on day one. Moving off QuickBooks is one of the most common paths to NetSuite, and we handle the chart of accounts, open transactions, and historical data so nothing gets lost in the move. The payoff is the control and visibility QuickBooks can't give you: real-time financials, multi-entity, and reporting that scales as you grow.

The LUXPlan is the full documentation package for your implementation, and it's yours to keep. Every decision, configuration, and customization we make gets written down, along with the training materials your team needs to run the system. If a key person leaves or you bring on someone new, the knowledge stays with you instead of walking out the door.

We scope honestly in Discovery and talk openly when something changes. If a new requirement comes up mid-project, we discuss it with you directly, explain the impact on time and cost, and decide together before any work happens. No surprise change orders, no "that’s out of scope" used as a way to pad the bill.
